About this retreat
Kite Beach Hotel 210 is a newly renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom oceanfront condo on the second floor, set directly on Cabarete's Kite Beach — you step from the door onto world-famous sand.
The unit is built around its balcony. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open the living area onto a private oceanfront terrace, so the trade winds move straight through and the water is in view from the moment you wake up. Leave the doors open and you'll rarely reach for the air conditioning; it's there in both bedrooms when you want it.
Both bedrooms have queen-size beds. The primary is a proper suite — quality mattress, private ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and a work desk positioned for remote working. The second bedroom has its own closet space and air conditioning, with the second full bathroom just outside. A roll-away bed is available in the living room on request, bringing the unit to five.
The kitchen is full-size: refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, plus cookware, utensils, dishes and glassware. The living room pairs comfortable seating with a streaming Smart TV and fast, reliable Wi-Fi that holds up to video calls.
