About this retreat
This coveted ground-floor oceanfront unit is the only one of its kind available for rent at Kite Beach Hotel 110 — newly renovated with gorgeous upscale furniture and a full-size kitchen, set directly on the sand at Cabarete's Kite Beach.
The layout is built around the water. Glass doors open onto a private terrace with ocean views, and the beach is seconds away on foot. Leave the doors open and let the fresh ocean breeze move through the whole unit; it is the North Coast's best air conditioning, and there's real air conditioning too when you want it.
The master bedroom features a king bed and a newly remodeled bathroom with a large soaking bathtub. The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed in a fun tropical motif. Two full baths, high-speed internet, and a proper kitchen make this equally workable for a family with kids or a group chasing wind — which is exactly who it was designed for.
