About this retreat
This luxury Toccoa riverfront estate features 400+ feet of frontage on the beautiful Toccoa River, over 2.5 acres, and almost 10,000 square feet — all behind a gated entrance.
Inside, the great room rises to 22-foot ceilings over heart pine floors, with a grand piano and fireplace anchoring the space. A dining table seats 14. Off the main living area you'll find a library for quiet time, an office, and a sunroom with a wine bar and drink fridge. The gourmet kitchen is built for a crowd, with a pro-style 36″ range and a butler's pantry holding a second stove and dishwasher.
The terrace level is where the group ends up after dinner. A home theater seats eleven in recliners in front of a 135" projection screen with 7.1 surround sound, with bean bag chairs, a popcorn machine, and a candy bar. Next door, a sports bar pours from a beer tap and kegerator, and the game room has billiards, a Pac-Man arcade, a jukebox, darts, four TVs, and two fireplaces.
Outside, an in-ground pool sits alongside shaded seating, a brand new 10-seater Bullfrog M9 spa, an expansive riverside fire pit, a children's playground, and a full-length deck with sweeping views. The river frontage puts tubes, kayaks, and canoes just steps from the house.
