- 50% deposit due at booking
- Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival
- Cancellations made 60+ days prior receive a 95% refund
- A signed rental agreement and credit card hold for the security deposit are required

- Maximum occupancy: 20 registered overnight guests, based on bed configuration
- This home is reserved for overnight accommodations only

- Quiet hours observed from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM, strictly enforced with noise monitors
